Chelsea Manor is a historic landmark.

Constructed in 1898, Chelsea Manor was the first apartment building in Cleveland to include an elevator. Chelsea Manor is on the National Historic Register as a historic landmark building.

The property was recently renovated to further increase residents’ comfort. These renovations include a new roof and windows, new entry doors, an upgraded boiler system, a newly paved private parking lot, and freshly remodeled common areas.

Located in the historic Tremont neighborhood, the excitement of Lincoln Park and downtown Cleveland are just moments away.

All units feature high ceilings, elaborate woodwork and crown molding, and hardwood floors. A private parking lot and secure entry add to the exclusive appeal of Chelsea Manor.

Equal Housing Opportunity

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
